applies to www.tribute.co as well as Tribute’s application, widget or gadget for mobile devices (such as
iPhone) and social networks (including but not limited to Facebook Platform or Google OpenSocial) (each, a
"Site"). The Site is not directed to children.

Tribute's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs
will adhere to

We do not collect information about the specifics of who you are ("Personally
Identifiable Information") unless you specifically provide it to us.
Personal Information Entered by
Users:
- You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you register with

email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to
post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within
your network.
- Our Web site offers publicly accessible blogs or other community forums. You should be
aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who
access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact
us at support@tribute.co. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in
which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
- If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask
you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email
inviting him or her to visit the site. Tribute stores this information for the sole purpose of sending
this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

designed “public” by your Tribute Leader (the person creating or organizing the Tribute), or elected to
be used for our promotional purposes by your Tribute Leader can be used by us for our own promotional
purposes, such as displaying the same on our homepage for view by the general public, or in other
third-party branded campaigns.
- We may provide your personal information to companies involved in specific promotions
through Tribute. Such promotions will be clearly identifiable and kept separate from the rest of
Tribute.

Technologies such as COOKIES, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Tribute and our
marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, or online customer support provider. These technologies are used
in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather

month). We Tribute Inc. reserves the right to request an extension of 56 days (three calendar
months).
United States: 45 days. We Tribute Inc. reserves the right to request an
extension of 45 days (90 days total).
All other countries: 60 days. We Tribute Inc.

Access

To correctly calculate and file tax liabilities, We Tribute Inc., will need to
use order history information and the user's location. If the customer makes a subject erasure request to We
Tribute Inc., the order history and zip code may be exempt from deletion provided they are used
only to file taxes, and not for any other business purpose.

We may, from time to time, send you email regarding our services. In addition, if you
indicate upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us, we may
occasionally send you direct mail about products and services that may be of interest to you. Only Tribute

We will keep your Personally Identifiable Information secure consistent with current
industry standards. Security of your Personally Identifiable Information is of utmost concern to us.
Personally Identifiable Information, once transmitted to us, will be stored on computers that only selected
personnel and contractors have access to via password, and/or on web hosting servers maintained by Amazon
Web Services, which employs its own physical and network security measures. In addition, your Tribute videos
and/or content may be stored on Amazon Web Services servers. A copy of Amazon Web Services' Privacy Policy

Your Tribute
videos and user content are limited-access, where access is gained through an obscured URL system. This
obscured URL makes it difficult if not impossible for a third party to guess the URL address of your video
or content without an invitation from you including the relevant URL. However, because the videos and
content are not password-protected, a possibility exists that an unauthorized third party could discover
your videos and/or content. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is
100% secure, however. Therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes to this Statement
Tribute has the discretion to update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our
information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail
address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming
effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive
information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. We have enabled SSL
(https) on all our web pages by default. Credit card purchasing and the transmission such information is
handled through Shopify. Tribute does not process or store any credit card information. When you checkout to
purchase a Tribute, you will be redirected to Shopify and the connection between your browser and their
servers will be encrypted. On our site and Shopify’s checkout pages, you can verify that your connection is
encrypted by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the
beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information
transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to
perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally
identifiable information.
EU and Swiss Safe Harbor
Tribute complies with the U.S. – E.U. Safe Harbor framework and the U.S. - Swiss Safe
Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and
retention of personal data from European Union member countries and Switzerland.
Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide
contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number,
expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble
processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests.
