Questions to answer in your video
- In your own words, what sort of an impact do you think early childhood educators have on your child / our youngest generation? (Be as general or specific as you like!)
- In the context of Early Childhood Educators' Day 2021, what would you like to say to Australia's early childhood educators? (Eg. We know COVID-19 has changed the landscape & we want you to know how much you are appreciated for the wonderful work you do every day.)
- SUGGESTION: Please include the following words at the end of your video or upload as a separate short video '... To every one of our early childhood educators (PAUSE)... we say (PAUSE)... THANK YOU.'
Tips for recording:
- Find a quiet, well-lit space to record your video. The brighter, the better!
- If possible, hold your phone or device horizontally so we can see more of you and your surroundings.
- If you can, avoid background noise – we want to hear you clearly.
- You can re-record as many takes as needed before submitting your final video.
- If your little one is too young to talk to the camera in a meaningful way, you can say thank you from the whole family while holding them or sitting next to them.
