What Is a Concierge Tribute?

The Concierge Tribute is perfect if you want a beautiful result without doing the editing yourself. You handle the idea — we handle the details.

You’ll still create your Tribute and invite friends and family as usual, but when it comes time to edit, our professional concierge team steps in to take care of everything for you.

Getting Started

You can create your Tribute for free and explore the experience before committing.
When you’re ready to invite participants to record and upload videos, you’ll select a Concierge plan up front.

We’ll help you gather messages from friends and family with:

Once your deadline passes — or anytime you decide you’re ready — concierge editing can begin.

Starting the Concierge Process

On the day of your deadline (or anytime after), a “Begin Concierge” button appears in the top-right of your Tribute’s navigation.

When you click it:

• Your concierge team starts editing
  
• You can include any specific requests or preferences
  
• We take a first pass and then collaborate with you on refinements
  

No rush, no pressure — start whenever it makes sense for you.

What Your Concierge Team Handles

Every concierge edit includes a full, thoughtful first pass, plus any requests you’d like us to incorporate:

• Quality check to ensure video and audio play correctly
  
• Custom intro video tailored to your Tribute
  
• Trimming the start and end of videos to remove silence
  
• Rotating videos and photos to the correct orientation
  
• Adjusting audio levels if clips are too loud or too quiet
  
• Adding background music across the entire Tribute
  
• Selectively muting background music when video audio is quiet
  
• Removing broken, duplicate, or unusable videos
  
• Gathering your feedback and making requested edits
  (e.g. grouping family members, choosing which videos go first or last)
  

Review & Final Delivery

Once your concierge completes the first pass, you’ll be able to preview the video and request changes. We’ll work with you until everything feels just right.

When finalized, you’ll receive a high-quality MP4 of your Tribute — ready to share, download, or play at your celebration.

The editing process takes two days, including the deadline, then the day after the deadline we’ll contact you via email with the preview so you can see how it is and then Publish & Checkout to get the final version. The final high-resolution version will be available for download and online watching a couple of hours after.

The delivery date depends on the deadline set by the customer and if the customer wants any add-ons.

The digital Tribute will be delivered to the customer the day after the set due date. We understand that deadlines are important and guarantee that the customer will receive a digital copy of the Tribute no more than two days after the Tribute’s due date.

If a customer decides to add a Tribute USB/DVD or LCD Video Card to their order then it is recommended to leave at least a week in between the due date and the actual date the Tribute is to be delivered. They will still receive the digital copy of the Tribute no later than two days after the due date but will have to wait a little longer to receive the physical products.

We also have expedited shipping methods for customers that have tight deadlines. Please keep in mind that there is a 3-4 business day processing time on all physical add-on purchases (not including shipping time).

With the Concierge Tribute, all the customer has to do is provide a little bit of information and their dedicated Concierge will take care of the rest.

The Basic Tribute requires the customer to gather the videos and put the Tribute together themselves with the use of Tribute’s handy reminder tools and custom editing suite.
